How do you clean the aspirator?
Remove the reservoir and tip from the aspirator, separate each piece, then rinse them with hot soapy water. Wipe off and let dry before reassembly. The replaceable filters are also washable, and can be replaced when they wear out.

How do I use my aspirator?
Attach the appropriate size soft silicone tip to the aspirator, gently insert into baby's nostril, then press the button and the suction will start working. You can cycle through 5 levels of suction strength by pressing the power button. We recommend you test the speeds first before using the aspirator on your baby. Don't forget to clean after every use with warm soapy water.

Would this work for my 5 year old? She hates to blow her nose!
Our nasal aspirator typically fits children from newborn up to 8 years old.

Can mucus enter the device body and if so how do i clean it?
The anti-reflux reservoir and replaceable filter prevent mucus from entering the device. In the unlikely event that mucus does get inside of the device, please remove the tip, reservoir, & filter, and put the device under sunlight to let the mucus evaporate naturally. The device body cannot be cleaned with water and devices with internal water damage are non-refundable.

How can I tell if my aspirator is fully charged?
The LED charging indicator will change from red to green when your device is fully charged.

How long is the shipping time?
We use USPS shipping and orders typically arrive in around 10 days. However, please bear with us if your order does take longer as we are still experiencing unpredictable delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once you have your tracking number you can track your package through our site by clicking here, or by visiting the homepage of the carrier (typically USPS) and entering your tracking number there.
